QUESTION: How do I know you are reputable and will do what you say you will? Especially if I am dealing with you from a distance?

ANSWER: We'll happily provide you with the names of our professional associates, in this community, who know us well (our banker, CPA, and our vendors).

We can supply you with names of our customers who you might call. And, we have unsolicited quotes from many of our customers about our service. (See some of our letters here.)

Let me tell you who I am. I'm 53 years old, married 25 years and the father of five very fine children. I'm heavily involved in local community service (Discovery Center of Idaho, Red Cross of Texas, the Boise Philharmonic, the Boy Scouts of America, Independent Auto Dealer Association, and others). We affiliate with the Chamber of Commerce, the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and the Idaho Association.

I've held positions of significant responsibility with several of the country's finest companies, and have been sought out for my strong character, integrity, and leadership ability. I'm a deeply religious person, and carry my principles of belief into work every day. I live the golden rule. I do what I say I'll do, I'll tell you the truth, and I'll treat you fairly.

This is my business. It has my name on it. It is a reflection of who I am. Every dollar in this business is mine. I've borrowed no money to begin or sustain it. I've put much of what we've saved at risk with this business, and I'm not going to allow it to be tarnished by an inappropriate action of mine or of any associate. I want to please every customer, or I won't meet my personal goals.

QUESTION: Can I get a car inspected before I buy it from you?

ANSWER: Certainly. You can make your own arrangements, or we can give you names of professionals in this community who will inspect a car on your behalf.

QUESTION: Are these cars warranted?

ANSWER: No. As said earlier, these are all used cars, some very old. There is no written warranty. However, I pledge to work with all of our customers to make a situation right when there is a problem. There has only been one occasion where we had to work with a buyer to solve a problem, and we did it to his great satisfaction. (See that letter here.)
